Rural House with 2 acres, pond, cats – 100 miles north of NYC

We all share collective rolls for the property and house for communal living. There is a network of craftsmen and tradesmen in this area which we can tap into for sustaining life in capitalism.

Future aims: large garden which feeds the house, pickling, preserving our food for year round consumption. Chickens for eggs, goats for milk and butter. We can participate with capitalism less and be autonomous people in the meantime. Individuals thriving in a collective. We could also print zines, supply mutual aid and direct action. You are by no means beholden to me or this house other than basic principle agreements of sharing mutual space.

1 room available – currently seeking a farmer.

We are currently renovating the common space rooms.
